Updating organisation contact details

A reminder to RTOs that it is a requirement under the 2011-2012 APL Contract to advise Training Market Customer Support when their contact details change.

If the Contractor’s Representative or signatory to the Declaration of Acceptance leaves the organisation, RTOs should notify Training Market Customer Support as soon as possible. For a list of the details that need to be changed and how to change please refer to Frequently Asked Question #70 on the State Training Services Website.

If your organisations Chief Executive Officer (CEO) changes, the details need to be amended on training.gov.au, before contacting Training Market Customer Support. To change the CEO details on training.gov.au please contact ASQA or your RTOs registration body.

Frequently asked questions (FAQs) and fact sheets to assist RTOs on the APL

As advised in Training Matters Newsletter Issue 77, STS has a number of FAQs and Fact Sheets available on the Doing Business through the Approved Providers List page on the State Training Services website.

The FAQs and Fact Sheets will assist RTOs to maintain their compliance under the 2011-2012 APL. Information available includes assistance with contract compliance, processes, reporting and program information.

RTOs should review the information available prior to contacting the Training Market Customer Support as their question may be answered.

We recommend that RTOs bookmark and check the FAQs regularly, as new questions will be published as needed.
