State Training Services funds or partly funds training in areas that are of importance to the NSW economy such as
- skills shortage occupations
- priority industries
- green skills and energy efficiency.
These are available
- for existing workers and jobseekers, and
- as full or part qualifications.

- the qualification name
- the course name and details
- details of registered training organisations providing the course.

Find out more about training options.
- If you are unemployed visit a Job Services Australia office for advice, assessment and possible referral to training.
- If you are employed, talk to your employer.
Other sources for assistance include
An Industry Training Advisory Body (ITAB) or Industry Skills Council for
- information about occupations and industry and
- where to go for training and qualifications for the industry you are interested in
- referral under the Productivity Places Program.
