Funded through the Approved Providers List (APL)

There are 3 major streams of funding under the APL. These focus on skills development to meet current and emerging skills needs of the industry. Training is purchased from approved registered training organisations for individuals or businesses at a minimal cost.

Registered training organisations must be contracted with the NSW Department of Education & Communities to deliver training for the following:

• Strategic Skills Program (SSP)
  • Green Skills and Energy Efficiency Strategy 
  • Retrenched Workers Training Program 
• Apprenticeship and Traineeship Training Program (ATTP)
