How do I order products? (Please read carefully to ensure you receive your order)
Obtain a product by:
- Using the SEARCH function
- Adding products to cart
- Registering your details at the checkout
- Confirming your details
- Logging out
Maximum products in shopping cart
You can only order one copy of each product and a maximum of 15 products per four week period.
Should you require a large range of resources for a specific planned vocational project within Australia, please forward a request with your reasons to skillsonline@det.nsw.edu.au.
Downloadable products
Downloadable products may not be added to the shopping cart for delivery. These are available for printing immediately while you are still on this site.
Overseas Clients - for use overseas
Are you ordering from overseas or intending to use the materials outside Australia?
There will be a charge for products ordered.
To order, please email the NSW Department of Education and Communities at skillsonline@det.nsw.edu.au and provide the following information:
- A description of your organisation’s products and services - the main functions of the organisation.
- The number of staff, and the number of trainers within your organisation.
- The location (city and country) where this training is likely to be delivered now and in the future.
- The total number of students to whom the training product is likely to be delivered.
A response will then be sent to you with a procedure for ordering and cost details.
What type of products are available?
Training package support materials include:
- training and assessment resources
- information on Recognition of Prior Learning models
- comprehensive training, assessment and skills recognition resources
- underpinning knowledge requirements, assessment tools and skills recognition activities
- products in a range of formats to suit different learning styles including: printed materials, CD-ROMs, DVDs, videos and web-based resources etc.
