Your APL Page is divided into 5 main areas. The services available include:

  • ePayments:
    • validate and lodge student and training activity data in order to make a claim for payment for training delivered
    • check status of lodgements
    • access copies of the recipient created tax invoices for payments that have been made.
  • Enquiries:
    • view your organisation’s Confirmation Report
    • search for Training Contract Identification numbers (TCID) (to display TCID of trainees and all apprentices your organisation is eligible to claim payment for)
    • identify training activity where lodgement of data via ePayments is required.
  • Maintenance:
    • manage and update your organisation’s APL Contract such as subscriptions, delivery sites, course/sites and mapping units of competency. 
  • Tendering: (only available when a tender is open)
    • download tender application
    • tender online. 
  • Non-APL Data Lodgement:
    • lodge data on training funded by other government departments which is required to be reported to the National Centre for Vocational Education Research via the NSW Department of Education and Training
    • voluntary reporting of data on fee-for-service training.

User Name and password required to login to “Your APL Page"

Registered training organisations only require one login to access various State Training Services secure web sites.

The login used to access “Your APL Page” is the same as the one used for the Training Market Tender.


Obtain a username and password

Fax a request to Training Market Customer Support on (02) 9264 5501 to have a username and password allocated.

The request must be on your organisation's letterhead clearly showing the legal name of your organisation (as registered with ASQA), your NSW RTO ID as well as contact details of your organisation. Your username and password will then be e-mailed to the Chief Executive Officer of your organisation.

Requests for passwords are not accepted over the phone or via e-mail.

This procedure should also be followed if you have forgotten your password and need it to be re-set.
