Smart and Skilled Contract
The following documents provide details of the contract arrangements for approved Smart and Skilled training providers for the six-month interim Activity Period to 30 June 2018:

Note: TAFE NSW is a government-owned statutory body governed by NSW legislation. As such TAFE NSW contracts have specific clauses to reflect administrative processes that are particular to this government-owned arrangement. TAFE NSW staff members are advised to read the general Contract and Operating Guidelines, and to seek advice from their Institute Director on variations.
