CIBs, VTOs and qualifications
A Commissioner's Information Bulletin (CIB) contains information for the administration of apprenticeships and traineeships in New South Wales. The CIB specifies the training framework, industrial arrangements, job descriptions, licensing and regulatory requirements, resources to support the delivery of training and training providers available to deliver the training.
Registered Training Organisation (RTO)
Training providers must be registered training organisations (RTOs) before they are allowed to train NSW apprentices and trainees. Only approved Smart and Skilled training providers can get funding to train apprentices and trainees.

Group Training Organisation (GTO)
A group training organisation (GTO) is an organisation that employs apprentices and trainees, and then places them with a host employer who they work for whilst receiving on-the-job training for their apprenticeship or traineeship.
Apprenticeship Network Provider (ANP)
This login provides Apprenticeship Network Providers (ANPs) in NSW and authorised government agencies access to Training Contracts information in the Integrated Vocational Education and Training System (IVETS) database.
