Commissioner complaints

The Commissioner hears and reviews complaints and disputes in regard to apprenticeships and traineeships and Certificate of Proficiency.


Continuing Apprentices Placement Services (CAPS)

Apprentices who have lost their employment and who wish to continue their apprenticeship are invited to register with CAPS. Employers looking for continuing apprentices can register their vacancies with CAPS.

NSW Industry Training Advisory Bodies (ITABs)

ITABs are key industry contacts for the NSW Government. They provide independent industry advice on the training and skill needs of industry which will facilitate workforce development.
